Meet our Staff
Dr. Anthony Licatese
Dr. Licatese was born in Staten Island, New York. He moved to Oswego in 1993, attended Oswego High School, and graduated as a member of the class of 1997. After attending Siena University for a portion of his undergraduate studies, Dr. Licatese returned to the Oswego area and graduated from SUNY Oswego [Summa Cum Laude] with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. During his time at Oswego State he was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society and was presented with the Gillette Award for Excellence in Biology (2001). Dr. Licatese then attended New York Chiropractic College. He graduated in December, 2004 [Magna Cum Laude] as a Doctor of Chiropractic medicine. During his time at NYCC, Dr. Licatese also became an active member of the Phi Chi Omega honor society. Because of his genuine love of the area, Dr. Licatese decided to return to Oswego in 2005 to establish his practice.
Dr. Licatese and the staff of Licatese Chiropractic are proud to welcome a new member to the team, Beth O'Connor-Dubois DC . Along with bringing on a third doctor to the office, we will also be doubling the office size. Our new expanded facility will offer more services and hours of operation. Dr. Beth is an excellent addition to the team. She brings to the table 22 years of experience as well a kind heart and of course, a woman's perspective. We love her and we know you will too.
Dr. Beth J. Dubois
Dr. Beth was born in Oswego, New York 1966, and attended Mexico Academy and Central Schools before moving to Washington State in 1980, and on to Cincinnati, Ohio where she graduated high school in 1984. She returned to Oswego in 1985 and graduated SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a Psychology minor. In 1994 she moved to Atlanta Georgia and attended Life University where she obtained her Doctorate degree in Chiropractic. Dr. Dubois went into professional ownership of two practices in the Atlanta area and provided her clients superior service for over seven years. While in Atlanta she also was a consultant for a Magnetic Resonate Imaging company , which she was responsible for analytic and statistical research. In 2001, Beth found her way back to Oswego, NY. She started working at Falanga Family Chiropractic, were she remained for 13 years. Along the way she met her husband Raynold Dubois, who she married 2003. Dr. Dubois and her husband welcomed their twins, Connor and Caitlyn 2004. Beth has a strong love of flying, photography and art however her life lately revolves around her family and home as well as of course caring deeply for her patients.
Diane Licatese
Since starting my practice, my mother has served in the critical role of Office Manager. "Mom", as always, is a lifesaver and has been my whole life. From day-one, Mom has gone "back to school" and learned everything there is to know about insurance companies and medical billing. If there is ever a question about your insurance coverage, Dianne is the one to ask.
Melanie Byrnes
Melanie is our office manager. Her responsibilities around the office are too long to list and she makes it look easy. Since being with us, she has mastered the art of running a tight ship while trying to keep everyone happy. So for anything from a scheduling conflict, to a billing question, Mel is the one you want to get a hold of.
Ashlee Graham
The most important thing to me in my practice is having everyone who comes in my door feel like family. The obvious choice for our newest front desk help is, Mel’s sister, Ashlee. We are so excited to have her!!
